Access Community Education Services

ACES is a not for profit community organisation based in the Port Macquarie Hasting Local Government Area on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales, Australia. Its purpose is to provide resources to enable people with disability to participate in all aspects of life. Resources include professional staff, venues, transport, specialised equipment, knowledge and connections within the wider community.
ACES works with people with disability and other important people in their lives, to develop programs aimed at achieving outcomes based on individual needs through a variety of innovative and flexible approaches.
The support provided is designed to meet each person's support requirements and personal aspirations. Each service user chooses their own individual programs, activities and events. Individual planning is achieved through consultation with the client, their family and friends.
Some of the learning activities you could choose are:

You choose the activities you want to do and attend.  You can take as much or as little control over looking after your plan and activities as you want. You will benefit from meeting others with similar interests, taking part in community and group activities and developing new skills. 


Transition to Work
ACES is able to help you move from being a school student to and being a part of the work force. This is an important step for every person and leaving school is a big change in each person’s life.   We will teach you the skills and help you attain qualifications you need to enter the work force in your chosen field.
