03OCTRandom Acts of KindnessStaff from Centacare Southwest NSW will be engaging in “Random Acts of Kindness” in Griffith NSW and the surrounding communities as we reflect the benefits of positive actions toward obtaining and maintaining good mental health. Laminated cards will be handed out asking the recipients to pay a “random act of kindness” forward to demonstrate the impact that this small contribution can have.

Through a combination of group and individual activities this group aims to use the water to develop children’s gross motor skills, including improved head control, sitting balance, crawling, standing, climbing and walking
