Pairs Boccia at Allambie Heights

Boccia is a Paralympic sport, similar to lawn bowls, played indoors with soft leather balls. It’s a target sport with the objective of getting your balls closest to the jack (white ball) than your opponent.

What is involved: These sessions at Allambie Heights are run by experienced and qualified coaches to help you better your game. Those players who would like to extend their game and be challenged, or who enjoy playing in a team environment would benefit from attending these Boccia sessions

Where: Cerebral Palsy Alliance, Allambie Heights
When: Weekly on Fridays during school term: 9.30 -11.30am + 1.30 -3.30pm
Who: Adults with a moderate to severe physical disability
Other information: All equipment is provided – balls, ramp, assustive devices. General understanding of the sport and some experience playing is needed.
