NDIS in Queensland

The NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) is estimated to have created between 15,900 and 19,400 additional jobs in Queensland when fully implemented. 

Disability affects almost 1 in 5 Queenslanders across a range of ages, cultures and locations. People with disability can have a range of support needs, such as assistance with mobility, self-care or health care and also assistance to participate in their community or in training and employment.

When will the NDIS be available across Queensland?The Commonwealth and Queensland Governments have recently signed a Bilateral Agreement which details how the NDIS will roll out across the rest of Queensland.
