    About the role: You will undertake the role of receptionist and be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and Aspect staff visiting Aspect National Office. Using your administrative skills & experience, you will provide support to the service delivery team & will be responsible for the day to day administration of Aspect national Office.     Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake reception duties & deal with enquiries, both telephone & in person
  • Provide administrative support to staff who deliver programs & services
  • Support the day to day running of Aspect National Office
  • Assist with expenses & reporting accountabilities
  • Organise travel bookings

  • Skills, experience & qualifications:

  • Experience in dealing with clients & members of the public, by telephone and in-person
  • Well-developed written communication & interpersonal skills
  • Experience providing administrative support in a complex business environment
  • Experience in interacting with families with children & young people with autism would be desirable
  • Excellent IT skills with strong Microsoft Office computer knowledge

  • A National Police Check clearance is a requirement and Aspect will arrange this. You may be required to provide an International Police Check clearance.
