As your first employer in this type of role, we'll assist you closely in developing your skills while you gain valuable experience in supporting people living disabilities to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Alternatively, if you're considering taking the next step along your career path with the Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA), this role will see you taking on supervisory and mentoring responsibilities for less experienced allied health staff, while still receiving the support you need to develop. You'll be confident in identifying problems, applying solid clinical reasoning and experience, and participating in the development and delivery of holistic goal-oriented service plans for your clients.

This role is a can be recruited to fulltime or part time. You will be part of a professional multidisciplinary team located in the Port Macquarie and will be required to travel within the Mid North Coast in this role. Our team consists of 2 fulltime Occupationnal Therapy positions, 2 fulltime Speech Pathology positions and admin support.

  • current AHPRA registration
  • self-starter, great listener and confident communicator

  • current driver's licence
  • the ability to travel within the Mid North Coast area.
  • Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain upon joining.
  • First Aid certificate, or willingness to obtain within 3 months of joining.
