KinCare is seeking experienced disability professionals to join a dedicated team of workers providing support to people with disability in the home and in the community. If you have a genuine passion for disability and always put the customer at the centre of service delivery, then KinCare would like to hear from you.
We support people with disability in all areas of Sydney and can offer regular shifts with our customers, helping them to live their lives as independently as possible. This in includes providing personal care, community participation and all aspects of disability support and NDIS services.

We strive to empower our customers to live life as independently as possible and offer qualified support staff to work with our customers, their families and carers.
Our Disability Support Workers will be required to provide support with:
- Community, Social & Recreational Activities
- Assistance with Daily Life
- Live In Care
- Assistance with Self-Care activities (showering, dressing, grooming & toileting)
- Post Hospital Care
- Overnight care
- 24 Hour Care
- Incidental domestic tasks
In joining the dedicated KinCare team you will be part of a dynamic environment. All staff are provided with ongoing training and development to ensure they are equipped with the latest and up to date industry insights and trends.
KinCare have opportunities across all states with hours to suit the successful applicants. Requirements of availability are a minimum of 3 days per week.
- Certificate III or IV in Disability
- Current Manual Handling and Medication Management (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Australian Driver’s License
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Registered Vehicle with Comprehensive Insurance
- Smart Mobile and Internet Access
