Part-time shifts for full-time superstars!

We're on the lookout for some fresh new talent to join our wonderful team and deliver personalised disability supports in Tamworth.

We have a range of short-shifts available weekday afternoons and evenings, as well as on weekends.\u00a0 Shifts are offered on a flexible basis, and you can choose to work two hours or more each shift.\u00a0 We have regular shifts to fill between 4.30-11pm on weekdays and from 7am 11pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

\u00a0These roles will work across our drop-in support and community access programs, delivering a range of assistance with daily activities, personal care, meal preparation, transport, social outings and medication administration.\u00a0

\u00a0You'll be a caring and professional individual who's passionate about making a positive difference, has excellent time management skills, a great ability to problem solve and a high standard of interpersonal and communication skills. \u00a0A background in supporting people with a disability or assistant in nursing will be well regarded but is not essential.

\u00a0You'll be supported by a proactive leadership team, and we'll offer you flexible shifts, comprehensive training and ideally match your talents with clients who share similar interests and goals currently accessing our services.

The Essentials
  • NSW\u00a0driver's license
  • Working With Children Check
  • First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to work independently & as part of a\u00a0team
  • A certificate 3 in disability, individual support or community is well regarded but not essential
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • You will need your own vehicle with comprehensive insurance

Ideally you will also have:
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Certificate III or IV in Disability or Community Services
  • Mental Health First Aid

Criminal record checks with the NSW Police, Working with Children checks, prior employment checks and functional assessments are part of Sunnyfield's recruitment process. You are also required to have or be scheduled to obtain a first aid certificate.
