Under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), we are delivering a range of support services to assist people with daily living activities in their home and in the community. Our passion is all about the rights of people with a disability to have choice and control in their lives. We will continue to develop options and opportunities for people as we grow and diversify under the NDIS.

The General Manager, Client Services is responsible for ensuring the provision of high quality, innovative and person-centred services. You will be responsible for promoting great outcomes and exceed our customer's expectations in accordance with disAbility Living’s vision, mission and culture. This includes setting and monitoring standards of performance, clinical support and customer satisfaction, whilst operating within our quality and clinical governance framework.

You will be required to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, implement best practice evidence based approaches to service delivery, particularly in relation to active and person centred support principles. You will also have a sound understanding of our strategic plan, operational policies and procedures.

You will provide management supervision, leadership and support to staff, ensuring high standards of client support and clinical governance are maintained. You will monitor market opportunities, develop business cases to support and implement new programs and services that are responsive to the needs of the community and align this to the NDIS funding guidelines.

Along with demonstrated leadership skills, financial acumen, interpersonal skills and an ability to work collaboratively, you will assist in implementing our strategic vision, proactively plan and implement goals to achieve client service outcomes as well as commercial growth. A high level of interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are required, coupled with the ability to work autonomously within a team environment.

Solid awareness of SA’s disability sector is vital, along with values that align with our CREDIT culture.
