Senior Business Manager - Greater Western Sydney/Central West

Reporting directly to General Manager Therapy Services you will be responsible for leading 4 therapy sites with a team of managers, team leaders, Allied Health professionals and support staff in the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of disability services. You will be responsible for analysing and monitoring business performance against business metrics to identify and forecast resources to meet current and future needs and opportunities for growth.

This role is located at Prairiewood with travel throughout the Western Sydney/Nepean Blue Mountains region and occasional travel across the Central West region.

Our therapy services are based around a client and family-centred philosophy, which emphasises a collaborative approach, working towards achieving the goals identified by children, young people and adults with cerebral palsy or similar disabilities and their own support network. What will you bring to the role?
  • relevant university degree
  • 5 years' experience in a management role
  • a thorough understanding of the rights of people with a disability
  • advanced skills in leadership, teamwork, communication, problem-solving, administration, decision-making to lead a team to deliver quality services
  • experience in leading the implementation of a financial and commercial strategy for a business area
  • a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management or equivalent experience or qualification
  • intermediate to advanced understanding and use of ICT (Information, Communication and Technology) skills
  • current driver's licence
  • the ability to travel within the Western Sydney/Nepean Blue Mountains region and Central West NSW
  • Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain prior to commencement of employment.
