Community & Employee Wellbeing Consultant

Our Employee Wellness & Safety team has recently undergone an exciting transformation as we look at new ways of supporting our large and highly diverse business and workforce. This has created an opportunity for an experienced Community & Employee Wellbeing Consultant to join our national team.

Reporting directly to the Community & Employee Wellbeing Practice Lead, you will be responsible for implementing community and employee wellbeing initiatives to 'create a great place to work' and actively promote a culture of workplace wellness.

You will effectively deliver Australian Unity's community agenda to positively impact our employees, members and customers. In partnership with the Safety and Leadership & Capability team, you will also be responsible for delivering enterprise-wide wellbeing initiatives.

We are seeking a passionate person with the following attributes:

• Previous experience in a community or wellbeing focused role or delivering community or wellbeing projects
• Project planning and management experience
• Well-developed stakeholder management skills
• Communications and events management skills
• The ability to manage conflicting priorities and manage expectations
• A proactive, engaged, collaborative and professional approach
