A newly created opportunity exists for a Support and Compliance Manager, working alongside the Quality and Innovation Manager, Facility Managers and Directors of Care.
Our client is a boutique provider of high quality accommodation and care services, predominantly in the Sydney Metro. Small but extremely successful, they are all about quality care and accomodation that meets and exceeds consumer service expectations. This, combined with a fantastic culture means they are upward and outward bound, certainly in a growth phase!
Predominantly focussing on compliance, systems, governance frameworks and the new residential aged care quality standards, you will engage relevant people within the group to ensure the organisastion is consumer and quality focussed. This is a job for someone who enjoys business support and being out and about - coaching, mentoring and engaging like-minded people in their work environment so that quality in service delivery and care is embraced.
Your background will be in either: quality, clinical governance, systems performance, auditting or business process enhancement, ideally in residential aged care. You have a collaborative approach and effectively negotiate and influence a wide range of stakeholders. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field is essential.
