TRI Community Exchange

We provide training, resources, information and support to the nonprofit sector in NSW. 

Our services include: 

communityNet: news, information and resources website for the human services sector. 

IT training: affordable and flexible IT Training Workshops. One-on-one and onsite training also available. 

Website development: Does you organisation need a website? Do you already have one, but don’t know how to update it? We develop affordable content management websites, blogs and online campaigns for community organisations and small businesses. We provide you with full training to maintain your website – no HTML knowledge is needed! We can also administer and maintain your website content if you require it. 

We also offer the following IT services: 

- Independent advice on all aspects of your organisation’s ICT needs 
- Online community building: social networking, marketing, fundraising tools 
- Data /document formatting: i.e. Policies & Procedures, Reports 

Nepean Multicultural Access Project (MAP): Supports HACC services in providing culturally appropriate care to meet the diverse needs of clients in the Penrith, Blue Mountains, and Hawkesbury areas. 

Nepean CALD Information Support: helps people from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Backgrounds (CALD) in the Nepean region to access Home and Community Care (HACC) Services. Works closely with the Nepean Multicultural Access Project and supports people from CALD backgrounds access HACC services. 

Cumberland Prospect Volunteer Support: promotes volunteering for home and community care (HACC) services that work with the frail aged, people with disabilities and their carers, and supports those HACC services who use volunteers to engage, manage, train and sustain volunteers. 

Western NSW communityNet Project: provides IT training, online resources and support to HACC/CCSP funded services in the Central West and Orana / Far West.
