Coffs Harbour Support Services
Coffs Harbour Support Services (CHSS) is a not-for-profit organisation, funded by Ageing, Disability and Home Care, Department of Human Services NSW (ADHC), which provides support to people with disability.
The organisation was established in 1993 under the Incorporated Associations Act and is governed by a Board who share a commitment to community development and the provision of high quality support and services to people with disability.
Services are built on the fundamental belief that they should be provided in ways that support people to lead valued roles and lives in our community. In order to achieve this, support is based around the needs and aspirations of each service user as an individual. People using CHSS' services have regular planning meetings to work out what they wish to achieve and how to realise these goals and aspirations.
CHSS is committed to building partnerships with the people who use their services, their families, advocates, other service providers and the community.
