The increasing demands of an ageing population and a rise in the numbers of individuals accessing disability services are driving a jobs boom in the disability and community care workforce in NSW, with up to 10,000 new workers needed by 2017.

In one of the episodes Andrew Jenks spends a week with Chad, a young man with autism, to experience what daily life is like for him. Soon after spending the week with Chad, Jenks takes him to Jones Beach for a day of fun.
