Cooks and Kitchenhands

Cooks and Kitchenhands in the disability and community care sector, prepare meals for volunteer meal services and may also assist with preparation and cooking of food in a client's home. This role may also be referred to as a Food Service Assistant or a Catering Assistant. People who work in these roles are often volunteers and do not require qualifications.
