Corporate and management roles

Corporate and management roles in the disability and community care sector ensure that organisations are managed in such a way that clients are able to achieve their goals. These roles require business acumen, vision, change management skills and the ability to work within a fixed budget to get the best possible results.

Levels of entry can vary depending on your qualifications and experience, but whatever role you perform you will have the satisfaction of knowing that the work you do will have an impact on much more than a balance sheet.

Many of the larger organisations within the sector will require experienced and qualified individuals with empathy for the sector’s vision and values, to lead specific departments such as Human Resources, Marketing or Policy.
