Aged and Disability Support Services (ADSSI) is a not-for-profit organisation with over 20 years experience working with people living in our community whose health or circumstances affect their ability to be independent.

ADSSI understand the value and importance of each person’s dignity and self esteem to live independently in their home and community. They provide support services to assist older people and people living with a disability, to live safely and independently in the community. They also support carers in their caring role.

ADSSI assists the general community, as well as people from identified special needs groups, including veterans, people living with dementia, people living in rural and remote areas, people needing special cultural and language considerations, people who are financially disadvantaged and younger carers.

Their primary objective in providing services is to enable each person to gain and maintain a greater degree of independence for the greatest length of time, and thereby improve their quality of life; to build on the person’s strengths, and the strength of their support network, if they have one.
